What is a work life coach?

A work life balance coach is there to help you become aware of how you are balancing your daily tasks, responsibilities and leisure time. You will develop skills for managing your time and setting healthy boundaries that will not only improve your productivity but also bring you satisfaction and balance.

What if I don't work, can I still benefit from work life balance coaching?

Yes! This is just the name traditionally used for this term, but if you are a stay at home spouse, a retiree, or maybe on long-term disability, you still can try to balance other areas of your life. You could devote time to your health, hobbies or loved ones. This is also part of work life balance coaching and it can help you set priorities and develop different skills depending on your goals.

What are some signs that I might need work life balance coaching?
  • You are often irritable, tired, or unfulfilled

  • You feel like you do not have enough time to complete your tasks at home or at work 

  • You are often unable to enjoy leisure time or hobbies 

  • You do not feel comfortable saying "no" at work or home 

  • You feel like you never have time to yourself or for self-care

  • You have conflicting meetings or events and feel overwhelmed
